This workshop is designed for all professionals to increase the effectiveness of performance related interpersonal communication. Enabling participants to discover their own preferred communication style and learning how to “flex.”

This one day program of learning, discovery and practice provides insight into how people are likely to communication whilst giving and receiving coaching and feedback. This is done using the Personal Coaching Style Inventory. (PCSI)

The PCSI identifies four principle communication style traits and explains why and how these natural tendencies influence behaviour and interaction during coaching conversations.

With this understanding professionals can tailor their communications to suit individual and team needs, creating an environment of cooperation and achievement.

Participants will gain an understanding of:

·         Why coaching styles are important.

·         The strengths and liabilities of each style.

·         The impact of different styles in the workplace.

·         The impact of communication with someone of the same style.

·         The implications and impact of styles as a Leader/Manager/Coach and team member.
