This clinic is designed to train managers, executives, leaders and supervisors to use coaching skills in their day to day working life and therefore bring a coach approach to managing people.
This is a two day leadership programme providing a coaching toolkit of knowledge, techniques and practiced skills that can be applied competently and confidently to gain immediate benefits. Applying these skills creates rapid development of individuals and teams whilst growing leadership potential.
